1. We have developed a series of catalytic asymmetric dehydrogenative coupling reactions for the synthesis of silicon-stereogenic silanes (Si-CADC) with high efficiency. This general Si-CADC strategy unlocks a facile platform toward diverse Si-stereogenic silanes, that could find various applications in many areas.

2. We have developed the first catalytic enantioselective construction of chiroptical boron compounds stereogenic exclusively at boron. We envision that this methodology will not only open new avenues for the synthesis of boronstereogenic molecules but also inspire the discovery of new aspects of chiral boron chemistry.
