Dr. Lin Zeng is a tenure-track associate professor at Department of Mechanical and Energy Engineering. Dr. Zeng received his Bachelor degree on electrochemical engineering and Master degree on applied chemistry from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2008 and 2010, respectively. He received his Ph.D. on mechanical engineering from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) in 2014. Dr. Zeng was a postdoctoral research fellow at HKUST from 2015 to 2018. Dr. Zeng’s research interests mainly include fuel cell, water splitting, electrochemical energy storage materials and devices. Dr. Zeng led three research projects, one from National Natural Science Foundation of China, one from Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong basic and basic research and one from Shenzhen Natural Science Foundation. Dr. Zeng has published more than 70 research articles in journals such as Nature Catalysis,Energy & Environmental Science, Nano Energy, Journal of Materials Chemistry A and Applied Energy. His Google Scholar Citation is over 2000 and H-index is 29. Dr. Zeng has been serving a long time reviewer for prestigious journal such as Energy & Environmental Science and Journal of Materials Chemistry A.
