主要从事生物化学和结构生物学研究,研究内容涉及疾病相关的重要蛋白的结构与功能,目前研究集中于细胞黏附、分子运输等方面。以第一作者或者通讯作者在国际重要期刊《Cell》、《Molecular Cell》上发表文章。荣获2009年香港科学会颁发的“青年科学家”称号。

Self-introduction
Dr.Yu’s research work mainly focus on the structural and functional studies of the proteins involved in cell-ECM adhesion, intracellular trafficking and many neuronal diseases, by combining the powerful tools in biochemistry, biophysics and cell biology. The research results have been published on Cell,Molecular Celletc, and Dr.Yu has been awardedHong Kong Young Scientist Award in Life Science (2009) and the Peacock Plan (2014, Shenzhen)
