Dr. Weijie Yuan is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Southern University of Science and Technology. He obtained the PhD degree from University of Technology Sydney in 2019. Then he was a research associate with the University of New South Wales, Australia, prior to joining Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Southern University of Science and Technology in 2021. He was a research scholar in the University of Technology Vienna, University of Sydney, University of Wollongong, and University of Southampton in 2016, 2018, and 2019, respectively. His research interests include intelligent transportation, vehicular communications. statistical signal processing, 6G, and network localization and tracking. He has published 50 papers in prestige IEEE journals and conferences. He has served as the Reviewer and TPC member for several top-tier international journals conferences. He served as the Co-chair or Co-organizers for several workshops and special sessions in IEEE ICC, ICCC, SPAWC, and VTC. He was also the founding member of the IEEE Emerging Technology Initiative in integrated sensing and communication and is leading the Conference&Events working group. He is the founding chair of the IEEE Comsoc special interest group (SIG) on OTFS.

  • 具有无线通信、信号处理、统计学、人工智能等相关领域的博士学位或即将获得博士学位,以第一作者发表过高水平学术论文,具有较强的独立科研能力,能够协助指导本科生研究生科研训练。

相关待遇:

  • 博士后年薪不低于33万元(可议),包含广东省及深圳市补助约18万。福利费等参照学校正式教职工标准发放,约1万元/年。特别优秀者可议申请校长卓越博士后,年薪可达41.5万元 (不含学校缴纳的五险一金);
  • 课题组额外提供两年2.5万元国际交流经费,另根据科研工作业绩情况,为博士后提供科研绩效奖励;
