袁伟杰,系统设计与智能制造助理教授(副研究员),博士生导师。于2019年在北京理工大学及澳大利亚悉尼科技大学均获博士学位(获2021年中国电子学会优秀博士论文奖),之后在新南威尔士大学担任博士后研究员,2021年回国加入南方科技大学电子系。曾于2016年,2018年和2019年分别在奥地利维也纳技术大学、澳大利亚悉尼大学、伍伦贡大学和英国南安普顿大学从事研究工作。主要研究方向为时延多普勒域通信范式(正交时频空间调制 OTFS)、智能交通、下一代移动通信(6G)、通信感知一体化(ISAC)等,目前在Springer Nature出版学术专著一部,在领域顶级期刊和国际会议上发表学术论文140余篇,主持了国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年基金项目及省、市级科研项目和横向项目,研究成果获中国卫星导航定位协会卫星创新应用白金奖(第一完成人)、中国发明协会发明创新一等奖(第一完成人)、中国通信学会科技进步一等奖、中国卫星导航定位协会科技进步一等奖,获批工信部“十四五”规划教材1部。目前担任IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications编委,IEEE Communciations Magazine编委,IEEE Transactions on Green Communications and Networking编委,IEEE Communications Letters编委,EURASIP Journal on Advances in Signal Processing编委及评奖委员会委员,《中国通信(英文版)》,《电子与信息学报》首席客座编委,IEEE通信学会学生竞赛评选委员会委员。担任了多个国际学术期刊和学术会议的审稿人和技术程序委员会(TPC)成员,作为共同主席(Co-Chair)或共同组织者(Co-organizer)在IEEE ICC, ICASSP, WCNC, SPAWC, ICCC, VTC和ACM MobiCom等国际旗舰会议上牵头组织了多项专题研讨会、特别分会和特邀报告,是IEEE感知通信一体化新型技术倡议委员会(ETI)的创始成员并担任会议工作组组长。此外,作为创始主席(Founding Chair)牵头成立了IEEE通信学会OTFS专委会(IEEE ComSoc OTFS-SIG),牵头编写了IEEE时延多普勒域通信最佳论文读物精选。曾获IEEE Communications Letters 最佳编委、IEEE Wireless Communications Letters及IEEE Transactions on Communications模范审稿人、IEEE世界通信大会(ICC) 2023最佳论文(16/2719),入选中国科协第八届“青年人才托举工程”及斯坦福大学全球前2%科学家。

相关待遇:
博士后年薪不低于33万元(可议),包含广东省及深圳市补助约18万。福利费等参照学校正式教职工标准发放,约1.4万元/年。特别优秀者可议申请校长卓越博士后,年薪可达41.5万元 (不含学校缴纳的五险一金);
课题组额外提供两年2.5万元国际交流经费,另根据科研工作业绩情况,为博士后提供科研绩效奖励;
