Dr. Yunyi Qian born in 1990, received the BS (2013) in Geophysics from China University of Geoscience (Wuhan), and the PhD(2018) in Geophysics from University of Science and Technology of China. Then she joined Southern University of Science and Technology as Presidential Distinguished Post-doctoral Research Fellow from Jul. 2018 to Jul. 2020 and as Research Assistant Professor from Aug. 2020. Her research interests include high-frequency waveform inversion using 1D&3D Green's Functions, source physics of extremely shallow earthquakes and landslides etc.
