栾合密,香港浸会大学、环境与生物分析国家重点实验室博士。现任职南方科技大学前沿与交叉科学研究院(生物医药研究院)与南方科技大学医学院副研究员,硕士研究生导师,深圳市海外高层次人才(孔雀计划C类),广东省自然科学基金评审专家。2010-2013年在深圳华大基因研究院担任课题组长和代谢组学平台负责人,2013-2017年在香港浸会大学-环境与生物分析国家重点实验室获得博士学位,师从蔡宗苇教授,2017-2018年在美国斯坦福大学Bruce Ling课题组担任Scientist。

研究兴趣:

(1) 质谱分析新方法;

(2) 定量代谢组学;

(3) 分析药理学,药物/代谢产物新靶点;

(4) 化学生物学

个人简介

研究领域

代谢是细胞生理功能和疾病发生过程中的物质基础。目前的研究发现,癌症、衰老、神经退行性疾病、以及肥胖、心血管疾病等都与代谢异常相关,在代谢水平上疾病的诊断、治疗以及药物靶点研究已成为转化医学、药物研发和生命科学的热点之一。

主要研究兴趣是质谱分析、定量代谢组学方法、化学生物学。

1)以多种生物医学质谱为平台,发展高通量、定量多组学分析方法,包括药物代谢组学、脂质组学等;创新的数据处理软件和智能学习算法。

2)定量细胞内的代谢反应速率和活性调控过程,定量解析功能小分子在疾病发生、药物代谢中作用机制;根据病理生理过程中的代谢水平缺陷,设计和发现代谢途径相关的药物治疗新靶点;

关注色氨酸-犬尿氨酸代谢、胆汁酸代谢,以及细胞能量代谢相关的代谢重编程与体内代谢酶活性研究。

3)结合组学大数据与数据挖掘,定量分析、构建与疾病相关的智能AI模型,发现与预测功能性小分子对大分子以及疾病的调控机制,助力临床精准诊断、精准治疗以及预后风险决策。

研究课题:(1)质谱代谢组学;(2)质谱大数据新算法(须有R或者C++等基础);(3)神经退行性疾病机制发现与代谢调控
岗位职责:在实验室负责人指导下根据本硕博层次开展生物医学质谱与组学的学习和研究工作。
