李妍博士长期从事人类恶性肿瘤的表观遗传学与表观转录组学研究,研究兴趣集中于寻找与肝癌、食道癌及结直肠癌发生相关的基因;探讨RNA编辑、RNA可变剪接等表观转录调控在肿瘤发生发展中的作用;解析肿瘤干细胞及肿瘤微环境调控机制等几个方面。近年在SCI收录的国际杂志上发表高水平论文三十余篇,包括NatureMedicine、Gastroenterology、Oncogene等杂志,SCI他引超过1600次。

研究方向:
本课题组长期从事肿瘤遗传学/表观遗传学/表观转录组学调控研究,以多组学测序技术及高通量筛选技术为支撑,利用细胞及动物等为实验模型,研究病理条件下基因表达调控机制,具体包括:
利用KO小鼠模型建立肿瘤发病模型,用于研究肿瘤的发生、发展;
利用多种高通量测序技术(mRNA-seq, miRNA-seq, ATAC-seq和 Hi-C等),结合细胞及动物模型,研究基因调控及RNA转录后调控;
重点关注肿瘤干细胞、肿瘤微环境、肿瘤免疫调控等重要问题;

1)在生物学、生物信息学、医学或相关专业领域已毕业或即将毕业的硕士;本科或硕士就读于一流高校/学科;本科(GPA≥3.0)或硕士(GPA≥3.0)。
