Dr. Xiaolong Liu received the Ph.D. degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, in 2019. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the School of Microelectronics, Southern University of Science and Technology, Shenzhen, China. His research interests include high-performance radio frequency (RF), millimeter-wave (mm-Wave), and sub-terahertz (sub-THz) local oscillators/phase-locked loops (PLLs)/frequency synthesizers, mm-Wave transceivers, and high-speed wireline transmitters in CMOS technologies for the emerging high data rate wireless/wireline communications.
