梁征宇

助理教授 |生命科学学院, 系统生物学系

梁征宇2012年本科毕业于华中科技大学生物信息技术专业,2018年博士毕业于清华大学生物学专业(导师张奇伟教授),2018-2023年于加州大学圣地亚哥分校细胞与分子医学系从事博士后研究(导师付向东教授),于2023年4月全职回国加入南方科技大学生命科学学院,担任助理教授,博士生导师,独立课题组长(PI)。

梁征宇博士致力于功能基因组学的研究,运用生物信息学及细胞和分子生物学方法,研究基因组三维空间结构、基因转录调控、RNA代谢及功能等系列科学问题,特别是研究肿瘤中染色体外DNA(extrachromosomal DNA)的结构与功能,以第一作者(含共同)身份在Cell、Circulation、Nature Communication、Cell Reports等国际期刊上发表研究论文多篇。
