Tom Ko received the bachelor degree in computer engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Then he received the Ph. D. degree in computer science and engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
In 2014, he joined HuaWei Noah's Ark Lab and worked as a speech researcher for 4 years.
He is currently working in Southern University of Science and Technology as an assistant professor.
His research interests include speech recognition and machine learning.
