洪鑫,医学院助理教授,博士生导师。于2013年博士毕业于新加坡国立大学。2014-2020年在哈佛医学院/霍华德医学研究中心(HHMI)进行博士后训练,专注于循环肿瘤细胞(CTC 液体活检)的生物学及转化医学研究。目前已在Cell, Cancer Discovery, PNAS, EMBO Journal, Genes & Development 等国际顶级期刊发表18篇SCI文章 (H-index = 16, google scholar),并获得三项国际专利。曾获得多个国际学术奖项如新加坡科研局(A*STAR)青年基金(JCO early career development award, 2013),美国癌症协会青年学者奖项(AACR scholar-in-training award 2020)等,是多个SCI国际期刊的审稿专家。

1. 建立基于CTC的癌转移动物模型(CDX),研究CTC介导的癌远程转移分子生物学机制

2. 结合新一代微流控CTC芯片技术和单细胞组学绘制CTC转移和增殖的癌细胞进化图谱

3. 液体活检技术开发

4. 开发和筛选抑制CTC远程转移的小分子药物
