Personal Profile

1. Study tumor heterogeneity using single-cell sequencing, aiming at identification of key transcription factors that drive tumor phenotype;

2. Identification of key factors that affect the EMT phenotype and the Wnt signaling in tumor cells using pooled CRISPR screen;

3. Modeling tumor development using organoid culture to study the crosstalk between different driver mutations;

4. Development of novel CRISPR-based genetic screening platforms for identification of modulators of different RNA posttranscriptional regulations;

5. Development of various techniques related to single-cell sequencing.
