Research Associate Professor School of Microelectronics

Dr. Lei Chen joined Southern University of Science and Technology in August 2020 and now is a research associate professor at School of Microelectronics, Southern University of Science and Technology. She received his PhD in engineering from Hiroshima University in 2012. Prior to this, she worked as an engineer at PengCheng Laboratory, chief engineer at Sharp Co. Ltd. and researcher at Hiroshima University, Japan. She was engaged in the development of 8K ultra-HD image signal processors in Sharp Co. Ltd.. Her research interests mainly focus on the design and development of hardware architectures and dedicated large-scale digital integrated circuits in the filed of image signal processor, video codec processor etc..
