徐保民

讲席教授 材料科学与工程系

徐保民,讲席教授、深圳市引进海外高层次人才“孔雀计划”A类人才。1986 年在清华大学获得学士学位,1991年在中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所获得博士学位。1994年到1996年在美国宾州州立大学材料研究所做博士后,之后任助理研究教授,2000年11月至2014年3月在位于美国硅谷的施乐公司PARC研究中心(Palo Alto Research Center)担任高级科学家和项目主管,2014年3月被南方科技大学聘为全职讲席教授。已发表科研论文 100余篇,获得授权美国发明专利32项,其中23项专利为第一或唯一发明人,3项专利获施乐公司最佳专利奖。

徐保民教授长期致力于新型清洁能源材料和器件,功能材料及微机电系统用材料和器件,新型材料制备技术等方面的研究;以南方科技大学为申报单位,徐保民教授作为项目主持人获批国家科技部“十四五”重点研发计划项目1项、国家科技部“十三五”重点研发计划课题1项、国家自然科学基金联合基金重点项目1项、广东省自然科学基金重点项目1项、深圳市科创委孔雀团队项目1项、深圳市科创委基础研究重点项目2项、深圳市发改委工程中心项目1项。

研究领域

1. 太阳能电池材料和器件的研究:包括新型钙钛矿太阳能电池的性能改进、稳定性以及低成本卷到卷制备技术;太阳能全光谱发电技术,太阳能光谱的精确分光和聚光,光伏发电和光热发电的协同和集成;高效率晶硅太阳能电池的低成本制备技术。

2. 化学能源材料和器件的新型制备技术:主要是研究可充电电池和超级电容器的连续全印刷制备,以使这些可充电能源器件能够直接嵌入微芯片和可穿戴电子产品等,克服可充电能源器件与应用系统集成的瓶颈。

3. 新型电解质材料和中低温碳基燃料电池的研究:研究以离子液体为基的新型的电解质材料,包括材料离子导电率的提高,较高温度下的稳定性和材料电性能等,并在此基础上开发新型的中低温碳基燃料电池。

4. 能源材料的基础研究与器件模拟:利用现代分析手段和原子层沉积等先进材料制备手段,研究各种“载能子”(电子,空穴,正负离子,光子等)在原子和纳米层级上的产生,分离,传输和复合的机理研究;利用计算机软件包对能源器件进行有限元模拟和设计。
