Her research interests are the growth of Ⅱ-Ⅵ group compound semiconductors using Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) and structural characterization of materials using Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) and ACSTEM. She also does the preparation of photodetectors and some photoelectricity and quantum efficiency measurement.
