Chou Youmin, born in 1979.Graduated from Taiwan Normal University in 2001, received master's degree from Taiwan Normal University in 2003, and received Ph.D from National Taiwan University and Université de Cergy-Pontoise. From March 2005 to December 2005, worked as research assistant in the Central Institute of Taiwan. From January 2013 to July 2014 and August 2014 to January 2017, study in Taiwan Normal University and National Taiwan University as the postdoctor. Since February 2017, he has worked as an assistant professor at South University of science and technology.
