Research Experience

09/2018-09/2020   3D/4D Printing Soft Materials
3D/4D printing soft robots and shape memory polymers with digital light processing technology.
Remanufacturing of Vitrimers
Vitrimer's recycling and remanufacturing through thermoforming process and 3D printing technology.

09/2013-08/2018    Active Behavior of Human Neck Muscles
Based on human head and neck MRI and biological tissue material tests, a human head and neck finite element model with high biological fidelity was established. The injuries of head and neck in automobile collision accident was explored.

01/2014-12/2015    Vehicle Body Lightweight and Safety Design
Based on the results of vehicle modal analysis and the multi-dimensional impacts results, the vehicle lightweight design scheme is established and verified. The project involves the application of new materials and new processing technology and structural design to improve the crashworthiness of the vehicle.
