We are going to build a team to pursue frontier quantum techniques combined with fundamental physics studies. The projects will be focused on these following aspects,

  1. Fundamental physics on single dopant devices in silicon
  2. Hole spin qubits in silicon-Boron atom qubits and Ge/SiGe gate defined quantum dot
  3. Quantum simulation and build artificial materials using low-temperature scanning tunneling microscope techniques on surfaces
  4. Novel dopant qubits in silicon, including dopant qubit design and coupling engineering
  5. 2D materials combined with low-temperature scanning tunneling spectroscopy
