课题组研究内容

  1. 高性能电子皮肤。致力于超高灵敏度、超快响应、宽量程和高线性度电子皮肤的研究;同时发展新的传感模式和维度,解决电子皮肤应用过程中的稳定性问题。
  2. 人体柔性电子技术。包括表皮电子技术和可植入电子技术,主要研究可粘附生物电子材料和器件、新型导电水凝胶、生物组织-电极界面传感技术等。
  3. 非常规微纳加工技术。 通过仿生技术、无模板技术、基于应变的加工方法等,制作大面积、低成本、高精度的微纳米结构,降低加工成本,提高加工效率。
