Prof. Shiqi Yu's Lab at SUSTech is recruiting: Research Associate Professors, Postdoctors, PhD Students, Master Students

The team has focus on gait recognition for more than 10 years.

Research Associate Professor:

1. Research fields: gait recognition, pedestrian video synthesis, human body modeling in videos, human action classification and related.
2. Requriements: Had a PhD degree, published high quality papers, (We accept Chinese citizens and non-Chinese citizens).
3. Salary: 400K - 500K RMB/year

Postdoctor:

1. Research fields: gait recognition, pedestrian video synthesis, human body modeling in videos, human action classification and related.
2. Requirements: Had a PhD degree, published high quality papers, (We accept Chinese citizens and non-Chinese citizens).
3. Requirements: <= 35 y/o, < 3 years after PhD (the requirements are from the government for the bonus for Postdoctors)
4. Salary: >=335K RMB/year (the bonus from the local government is included)

PhD Student:

1. Enrolled in September 2021.
2. 1-2 students per year.

4. Research fields: gait recognition, pedestrian video synthesis, 
5. Requirements: Good programming skills,  good English writing ability, GPA should be >= 3.0 (4.0).

Master Student:

1. Enrolled in September 2021.
2. 1-2 students per year.
