申请要求：
学生本科或硕士来自于世界排名前500名大学，或本国排名前5%（发展中国家）或20%（发达国家）的大学。学生本科或硕士成绩为3.30及以上或被认定为达到同等水平，有符合要求的托福或雅思成绩（托福总分90,或雅思总分6.5，单项不低于6），并有一定的科研经历及成果。

Requirements for application: 
The applicant's undergraduate or master's degree is from a university ranked in the top 500 universities in the world or in the top 5% (developing countries) or 20% (developed countries)
 of his/her home country. The applicant has a 3.30 GPA or above  in either undergraduate or master's degrees, or is deemed to be at the same level, and has a TOEFL or IELTS score that 
meets the requirements (TOEFL 90, or IELTS 6.5 with no sub-scores lower than 6), and has some research experience and achievements.
