副教授(研究员) 材料科学与工程系

温瑞涛,南方科技大学材料科学与工程系副教授,国家级青年人才。2016年在瑞典乌普萨拉大学Ångström实验室获工程科学博士学位,随后以博士后身份加入美国麻省理工学院(MIT)。 2019年9月加入南方科技大学材料科学与工程系并入选深圳市孔雀计划高层次人才。主要研究领域为半导体和电致变色材料与器件的生长、加工及应用。已在国际期刊发表论文多篇,包括Nature Materials, Nature Communications, Nano Lett., Adv. Funct. Mater., Appl. Phys. Lett.,等。研究成果被MIT News, Science Daily, Phys.org, Uppsala University News等学术或科技媒体广泛报道。 2016 年荣获瑞典Torsten Thuréns基金会的卓越奖和中国海外自费留学生奖,2018年获得 StartMIT Award。目前主持国家自然科学基金,广东省和深圳市各类项目。

博士后岗位(1):金属基氧化物电致变色薄膜
项目目标:研究非晶金属氧化物薄膜与离子的相互作用关系,从而开发高变色比,长寿命的电致变色器件。
 
博士后应聘条件

精通电化学,电化学测试(如电致变色,锂离子,钠离子电池测试工作);
有电池制备和封装,TEM和EELS经验
熟悉DFT理论计算的可优先考虑

 
 
 
博士后岗位(2):材料外延生长过程的模拟
项目目标:研究Ge,III-V组半导体材料异质外延过程中的横向外延生长问题,比如横向外延的异向生长及其合并过程,外延界面单晶构造的内部空间构型及其相关的光学问题。
 
博士后应聘条件

精通DFT, MD, Comsol, 有限元等理论模拟工具;
具有或者即将获得材料,物理等博士学位

博士后薪酬福利总共有以下三部分组成。


南方科技大学待遇:提供约10-15万/年基本工资,五险一金,过节费等福利;优秀者可申请校长卓越博士后。
深圳市待遇:对再展期间完成开题考核和中期考核合格的博士后发放每年每人12万元的生活补助(资助期限一般为2年);出站博士后符合深圳市后备人才条件的可申请160万元奖励补贴(以深圳市人力资源和社会保障局文件为准)。
广东省待遇:在站博士后每人每年发放15万生活补贴(资助期限一般为2年);广东特支计划“科技创新青年拔尖人才”每年资助博士和博士后200名,每人给予50万元生活补贴。
