1984年获郑州大学化学学士学位,1990年获中国科技大学高分子化学硕士学位,2000年获中山大学高分子化学与物理博士学位;曾在国内外多个研究机构从事应用基础研究,并长期在跨国公司担任高级技术及管理职务,包括在国家能源集团北京低碳清洁能源研究院任技术总监以及在美国帕克电化学公司(NYSE:PKE)任研发副总裁等职。他在聚合物基复合材料的应用基础研究、技术转化、新产品开发与工业化、生产工艺优化、质保以及科研项目管理等方面拥有丰富的经验,曾成功主导并全面完成多项国际领先技术和产品的研发、商业化及客户认证。

Postdoc Research Opportunity
We are a new research group in the School of System Design and Intelligent Manufacturing at Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech). We have 2 fully-funded postdoctoral fellow positions available. The successful candidate will be working in Professor Ke Wang’s research group at the Lab for Advance Electronic Materials.
Qualifications
Applicants should have a recently awarded Ph.D. degree (or will get the degree soon) in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science and engineering, polymer chemistry and physics, ceramic materials, composite materials and other related majors and have experiences in polymer based composite.
Job Description
The research area will focus on the next generation electronic composite materials, such as the formulation and manufacturing of high performance substrate materials and packaging materials, advanced ceramic materials, reliability prediction and rapid measurements, etc.
The positions are available immediately for an appointment of two years with annual stipend up to RMB 335,000 RMB (~USD47,000). Successful candidates will have an opportunity to compete, based on performance and qualifications, for SUSTech Presidential fellowship, which offers a salary of RMB 415,000.

岗位职责:
1. 开展与先进电子材料相关的高水平科研工作,包括封装材料、高频高速通讯基板材料、高端电子陶瓷材料,以及材料可靠性预测及快速检测等;
2. 参与实验室研究平台建设;
3. 协助教授研究和教学工作,协助指导实验室的研究生及本科生;
4. 协助完成科研项目的申报、执行、审核以及结题等,以及相关横向课题研究。
岗位要求:
1. 化学、化工、材料科学与工程、高分子材料、陶瓷材料、复合材料等相关专业;
2. 具有良好的沟通能力,较强的英文阅读和写作能力;

岗位待遇:
博士后:
1. 聘期2年;
2. 工资及福利待遇均参照《南方科技大学博士后管理办法》及深圳市相关条例;
3. 年薪约33.5万元(广东省补助 15 万元(税前)及深圳市生活补助 6 万元(税后)),并按照深圳市有关规定参加社会保险和住房公积金;优秀者还可申请校长卓越博士后,申请成功后年薪可达41.5万元;
4. 由学校统一购买五险一金,每年发放13个月工资,提供餐补、高温补贴、过节费(每年8000元)、计生奖励、过节礼品、生日礼品等福利;
5. 入职可向学校申请住房,或向深圳市政府申请公租房或住房补贴;
6. 符合条件的能够申请深圳政府高层次人才、孔雀人才等相关政策待遇;
