(1) Nanomaterials: fabrication and characterization

(2) The surface structure, surface reaction and surface catalysis at two-dimensional materials

(3) Ptoelectronic devices

(4) Metal oxide gas sensors

(5) Photocatalysis of metal oxide

Personal Profile

Research Interests

My current research is focused on metal oxide materials, including nanostructures fabrication and the characterization of their optoelectronic and surface properties. We are also interested in their potential applications in optoelectronic devices and environmental issues.
