Xuetao Wei has been an associate professor at the Southern University of Science and Technology since September 2019. From January 2014 to August 2019, he was an assistant professor and then promoted to associate professor at the University of Cincinnati, USA. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from University of California, Riverside in December 2013. His research interests span the areas of blockchain, Internet of Things and security.
