Research Assistant Professor Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering

Dr. Shuai Wang received the B.S. and M.S. degree (National Graduate Scholarship) in Electronic Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2011 and 2014, respectively. He received the Ph.D. degree (P. K. Yu Scholarship) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Hong Kong in 2018. From 2018 to 2019, he has been a postdoc research fellow and lecturer at the University of Hong Kong. Currently, he is a research assistant professor at Southern University of Science and Technology.

Dr. Wang has published more than 10 journal papers in IEEE JSTSP、TWC、TVT、CL, and regularly attended IEEE ICASSP、ICC、GLOBECOM. Dr. Wang has been named as the exemplary reviewer of IEEE TWC, and has also been invited to chair the big data and IoT sessions of IEEE ICC. His paper on mobile wireless charing is among the 50 popular articles in IEEE TWC from 2017 to 2019.
