Dr. Lu Jie is a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering of Southern University of Science and Technology. The main research focus is the application of time-resolved imaging technology in the field of pathological diagnosis. In 2007, he graduated from the Department of Bioengineering (Medical) of Bethune Medical School of Jilin University; from 2011 to 2015, he studied at Macquarie University in Australia and received his Ph.D. degree; from 2015 to 2016, he continued his postdoctoral research at Macquarie University.

The Department of Biomedical Engineering, Southern University of Science and Technology, seeks outstanding applicants for full-time tenure-track/tenured positions. The positions are open for both junior and senior-level applicants. While exceptional candidates in any area are welcome to apply, the primary focus for this search is in the areas of biomedical/medical imaging, bioMEMS, mechanomedicine, regenerative medicine, wearable devices/wireless monitoring, and biomedical data science.
