Research Assistant Professor School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Lu Hongxing graduated from the specialty of Materials Science and Engineering of General Research Institute for Nonferrous Metals (Beijing) and got the Ph.D. in Engineering. His research field is the semi-solid processing technology of light alloys and focuses on the industrial application of the technology and the development of new light alloys, to promote the application of the semi-solid processing technology of light alloys on the lightweight of vehicle and communication equipment.

Personal Profile

Lu Hongxing graduated from the specialty of Materials Science and Engineering of General Research Institute for Nonferrous Metals (Beijing) and got the Ph.D. in Engineering. His research field is the semi-solid processing technology of light alloys and focuses on the industrial application of the technology and the development of new light alloys, to promote the application of the semi-solid processing technology of light alloys on the lightweight of vehicle and communication equipment.

1. Mechanism study and industrial application of metallic materials in the semi-solid processing
2. Analog simulation of metallic materials in the processing and service process
3. Additive manufacturing of steel moulds

Education
In 2012, he graduated from the Specialty of Materials Science and Engineering of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and got the double bachelor’s degrees of engineering and law.
In 2017, he graduated from the Specialty of Materials Science and Engineering of Beijing General Research Institute for Nonferrous Metals, and got D.E.
