Entrepreneur Chair Professor Department of Mechanics and Aerospace Engineering

Dr. Pinlian Han is a world-class expert in the field of gas turbine engines and the Eagle Award record holders of Pratt & Whitney aviation engine manufacturing. Based on his extensive experience and Lean Six Sigma's approach, he has made outstanding contributions to the manufacture and development of aero-engines, his groundbreaking work in additive design and sub-surface porous structural engineering mechanics has had a positive impact on many aspects of the engineering community, he continues to pursue the perfect combination of art and engineering.

1. CAE engineer (research assistant)

Salary range:

• 8k-15k/month (basic salary) + year-end performance + entrepreneurship options;

• enjoy five social insurance and one housing fund set by south university of science and technology, and various benefits;

• those with master's degree and excellent performance can recommend the doctor program of south university of science and technology or sino-foreign joint training program;

Main responsibilities:

• simulation of strength, pneumatics, heat transfer, vibration and multi-field coupling of engine components and the whole;

• lead or participate in the optimization of design and process schemes based on the above simulation results;

• assist in relevant experiments of engine parts and complete machine test;

Job requirements:

• bachelor degree or above (master's degree is preferred, relevant major is preferred);

• more than two years of work experience in finite element simulation (master's or other research experience is included depending on the situation)

• master CAE related software, such as Ansys, ABAQUS, Hyperworks, etc.;

• priority is given to those with relevant professional knowledge: aero engine structural strength, mechanical design and manufacturing, additive design and manufacturing, heat transfer, aerodynamics, etc.;

Job requirements:

• bachelor degree or above (master's degree is preferred, major in control is preferred);

• more than one year work experience in electronic control (master's degree or other research experience is included according to the situation), familiar with the use of control software such as labview;

• background in aero engine, multi-probe sensor control and measurement system construction is preferred;

• systematic working style and good organizational ability, team spirit and highly independent learning ability;
