Professor Department of Materials Science and Engineering

The Guo group at SUSTech is interested in developing organic and polymer semiconductors with fine-tuned optoelectronic property and molecular self-assembly. Applications of these materials include optoelectronic devices and energy conversion devices. In addition, we are targeting on revealing the fundamental chemical structure-materials property-device performance correlations.

High-performance electronics and circuits with low-temperature solution processibility. His research interests include: chemical synthesis, processing and integration of novel semiconductor and dielectric materials (organic, inorganic, hybrid) ; interface (insulator / semiconductor, conductor / semiconductor) modification; device preparation and optimization.
