Dr. Quan Chen graduated from the University of Hong Kong. He once was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) and a research assistant professor at the University of Hong Kong. He joined the Southern University of Science and Technology in 2019. Dr. Chen's main research areas include ultra-large-scale circuit simulation and multi-physics analysis in the field of electronic design automation (EDA), as well as quantum mechanical first-principles simulation of advanced nanodevices and materials, and has many years of experience in technical transformation and commercialization
