Dr. Ma graduated from the Institute of chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2013. He has rich experience in industrial development of fine organic chemicals, and has successively presided over or participated in many national, provincial and enterprise level projects. He aslo have been selected as "Shenzhen high-level talents (reserve level)", "555 talents of Changsha National High tech Zone" and member of Hunan Science and Technology Association.
