副教授 化学系   课题组网站

陆为博士主持了科技部“973 计划”子课题分项目。自2001 年以来,在国外高影响力刊物(影响因子3.0 以上)发表60 余篇研究论文,迄今获得引用3690 次(他引2520 余次),篇均引用55次,其中11 篇论文引用次数在100 以上(其中1 篇引用次数在450 以上),目前H-index 为33。也是两个美国授权专利的发明人之一。

以第一作者或者通讯作者发表在磷光光化学和光物理领域的研究工作包括五篇Angew. Chem.Int. Ed.、四篇J. Am. Chem. Soc.,三篇Chem. Sci.和多篇Chem. Eur. J.,Chem. Asian J., Inorg. Chem.,Organometallics。申请人在磷光物质领域的研究工作曾经两次被Nature China 特别介绍,两次被美国化学会的Noteworthy Chemistry(以前的Heart Cut)特别介绍。

岗位职责:
设计合成基于小分子和超分子金属有机配合物的光功能材料,并探索其在光电材料和仿生材料等方面的应用价值。

博士学历,金属有机化学、光化学、光物理、发光材料相关的专业背景;有一定的实验室管理经验;熟悉金属有机合成或者发光功能测试;动手能力强;具有较强的英文研究论文读写能力;工作勤奋、踏实,有团队协作精神。有追求、有上进心、有志于将来从事科研者优先!
 
岗位待遇:
卓越博士后:每年评审一次,年薪约为36万元,其中深圳市财政生活补贴18万元/年(免税);
普通博士后:年薪约为30万元,其中深圳市财政生活补贴18万元/年(免税)
 博士后享受五险一金以及优越福利,提供餐补、高温补贴、过节费(每年8000元)、过节礼品、生日礼品等;

联培博士
境外联合培养学校包括新加坡国立大学、香港大学、利兹大学、伯明翰大学、华威大学、东英吉利大学、美国天普大学、香港科技大学、香港浸会大学、澳门大学等;境内联合培养学校包括北京大学、哈尔滨工业大学等。培养模式:境内学校全部在南科大,境外学校1年境外+3年南科大(部分2+2),学位为对方学校颁发或联合颁发。境内联培博士(北大、哈工大)年薪6-10万元,境外联培按照境外高校标准奖学金为学生提供高额资助,在南科大期间按国内联培额度发放;具体要求参见招生简介http://gs.sustc.edu.cn/zhaoshengxiangmu  。
应聘条件
1、化学及相关专业的优秀本科毕业生和硕士研究生(学校政策要求本科毕业于211及以上院校;特别优秀者,也可适当放宽);
2、熟悉有机合成基本操作,动手能力强,具有良好的英文听说读写能力;
3、勤奋、踏实,具有团队协作精神,对科学研究有兴趣和热情,工作积极主动。
