Research fellow. In 2011, she obtained her Bachelor's degree at China University of Geoscience(Wuhan). In 2017, she obtained her Ph.D. at Leiden University on the thesis entitled “Transition Metal Compounds with S/N-functionalized NHC Ligands: Structures, Redox Properties and Electrocatalytic Activity”. She is recognized as Overseas High-caliber Personnel(level C) in Shenzhen. Her current research is focus on: (1) Coordination polymer materials; (2) Porous materials for heavy metal removal; (3) Clay mineral materials and their functionalization. She was awarded Leiden University Fund/Kroese-Duijsters (2016), Hubei province outstanding Bachelor's degree thesis (2011), Hubei province outstanding scientific research achievements (2010), Zhongkun Climbing Scholarship (2009), and the National scholarship (2008).

A Visit to SLAC at Stanford
On 27th of June, three members from The Chen Group visited SLAC SSRL faculty. They finished the XAS, HR-XRD and GI-WAX experiments at beamlines BL2-1，BL2-2， BL11-3 and back to China on 4th of July, 2019.
