助理教授 深港微电子学院   课题组网站

李携曦博士,曾任加拿大麦吉尔大学博士后和香港大学研究助理教授,现任南方科技大学助理教授,入选深圳市“孔雀计划”B类人才。研究方向集中于氮化镓微纳加工与光电集成器件相关领域,在国际学术期刊和国际会议论文集上累计发表学术论文120余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文50余篇,包括Nature Nanotechnology、Optica、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics、Progress in Quantum Electronics、IEEE Electron Device Letters等、封面文章6篇、被选为“Editors’ Pick”文章4篇、并被半导体专业杂志Semiconductor Today及Compound Semiconductor专题报道3次。出版英文论著章节2部、英文专著1本。申请及授权美国及中国发明专利10余项。主持国自然面上项目、国自然青年基金项目、香港优配研究金等。目前担任Frontiers in Physics编委(Review Editor)。担任2016年IEEE电子器件与固态电路国际会议当地组委会主席、2016-2019年IEEE电子器件与固体电路香港分部财务长(Treasurer)、Frontiers in Physics评审编辑(Review Editor)和Sensors的客座编辑(Guest Editor)。担任Science Advances、Nano Energy、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics、IEEE Electron Device Letters等20多个SCI期刊审稿人。
