李凯,南方科技大学生物医学工程系副教授,中国生物材料学会影像材料分会委员。主要研究方向为新型分子探针与纳米探针的开发及其在生物医学中的应用。李博士于2011年在新加坡国立大学获得博士学位,对共轭聚合物与聚集诱导发光纳米微粒作为新型荧光探针在干细胞示踪和癌症诊疗中的应用做了系统的研究,并获得了国家优秀自费留学生奖学金。随后加入新加坡科技研究局材料与工程研究院任研究科学家,2013年获得新加坡科技研究局Career Development Award。2015-2017年作为访问学者加入斯坦福大学医学院分子影像中心进行合作研究。开发的AIE荧光纳米微粒及细胞示踪剂被Nature杂志以‘The nanolight revolution is coming’为专题进行过报道,迄今申请PCT专利4项,授权新加坡专利1项,发表学术论文总引用超过6,400次,当前H-index为42,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项。

课题组简介:

南方科技大学生物医学工程系李凯副教授课题组致力于新型光学分子探针和纳米探针的设计开发及其在干细胞示踪、肿瘤诊疗、生物检测中的应用研究,涉及化学、材料学、生物学、医学等领域的交叉研究,欢迎有志于从事相关科研工作的优秀青年加入课题组共同成长。李凯博士在相关领域有较好的学术积累,发表SCI收录论文总被引大于6600次(Web of Science),其中单篇被引超过100次的论文共15篇,当前H-index为42,详情请参考课题组网页:http://faculty.sustech.edu.cn/lik/

 

1博士后岗位

应聘条件:

1.已经取得或近期将取得有机化学、高分子材料、生物学等相关专业的博士学位。

2.具备较好的有机合成基础。

3.具有细胞实验、小动物模型建立和研究背景者优先。

4.有责任心、动手能力强、勤勉努力、富有团队合作精神,具有良好的实验安全意识以及一定的独立科研能力。

5.已在相关研究领域取得一定的科研成果,有高质量的SCI论文,在top学术期刊发表或被正式接收。

6.具备良好的文献查阅和英文论文写作能力。

待遇:

博士后聘期两年。

博士后年薪33.5万元左右,含广东省补助15万元(税前)及深圳市生活补助6万元(税后),并按深圳市有关规定参加社会保险及住房公积金。博士后福利费参照学校员额内教职工标准发放。

其他待遇政策:

1、特别优秀者可以申请校长卓越博士后,年薪可达41.5万元。(含广东省及深圳市补助)

2、课题组提供优良的工作环境和境内外合作交流机会,博士后在站期间享受两年共计2.5万学术交流经费资助。

3、根据博士后具体科研工作业绩情况,可享受院系、课题组相应的科研绩效奖励。(如有,本条可视情况删减)

4、课题组提供充足的科研支持,并协助博士后本人作为负责人申请中国博士后科学基金、国家自然科学基金及广东省、深圳市各级科研项目。

5、课题组可协助符合条件的博士后申请“广东省海外青年博士后引进项目”。即在世界排名前200名的高校(不含境内,排名以上一年度泰晤士、USNEWS、QS和上海交通大学的世界大学排行榜为准)获得博士学位,在广东省博士后设站单位从事博士后研究,并承诺在站2年以上的博士后,申请成功后省财政给予每名进站博士后资助60万元生活补贴;对获得本项目资助,出站后与广东省用人单位签订工作协议或劳动合同,并承诺连续在粤工作3年以上的博士后,省财政给予每人40万元住房补贴。

6、博士后出站选择留深从事科研工作,且与本市企事业单位签订3年以上劳动(聘用)合同的,可以申请深圳市博士后留深来深科研资助。深圳市政府给予每人每年10万元科研资助,共资助3年。

7、对于符合最新《深圳市新引进人才租房和生活补贴》相关政策要求的博士后,落户深圳后,可协助申请深圳市一次性租房和生活补贴3万元(免税,自主网上申请)。

8、依据自身符合的条件情况,在站或出站留深博士后可申请 "深圳市孔雀计划C类人才"或者"深圳市后备级人才",享受5年160万的奖励津贴(免税)(以深圳市最新相关人才申报要求为准)。

9、对于优秀的出站博士后将积极推荐协助其申请南方科技大学研究助理教授等岗位。
