个人简介

研究领域

1. 利用单细胞多组学测序技术研究肿瘤异质性,发掘影响肿瘤表型的关键转录因子;

2. 利用CRISPR基因筛选手段寻找影响肿瘤细胞EMT表型和Wnt信号通路的关键因子;

3. 利用类器官培养模拟肿瘤形成过程,研究肿瘤驱动突变产生的时序性和相互作用;

4. 开发新型CRISPR基因筛选系统用于寻找RNA转录后调控相关基因;

5. 开发多种单细胞测序相关技术。
