Center For Language Education

Rongrong Dong, a teacher of CLE. She received her doctoral degree in Literacy education from University of Florida in 2018. She taught two undergraduate courses listed as Children's Literature and English Language Arts For Diverse Learners during her PhD program. She also worked closely with elementary and middle school English teachers in U.S., research on the connection between reading and writing as well as how to cultivate students' reading/writing interest. Rongrong joined SUSTECH in 2018. She is teaching SUSTECH English 1, SUSTECH English 3, Staff Chinese and TOEFL. She is also the co-founder of the Short Story Society, a short story reading club for students and staff on campus.
