助理教授(博导) 电子与电气工程系   课题组网站

陈晓龙博士主要研究方向集中于新型低维纳米材料电子器件的设计、制备和物性测量。在基于低维材料场效应晶体管、中红外光电器件、量子电容器等研究方向取得开创性进展和突破。近年来在国际权威期刊Nature communications, Light: Science & Applications, Science Advances, Advanced Materials, ACS Nano, Nano Letter等权威期刊上发表论文40余篇。

2.新型可见光与红外光电器件

3.高迁移率晶体管
