Shibo Chen received the B.Eng. degree in electronic engineering from University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), Hefei, China, in 2011 and the Ph.D. degree in electronic and computer engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), Kowloon, Hong

Kong, in 2017. He was a Postdoctoral Fellow with HKUST before joining the Department of Mechanical and Energy Engineering , Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech), Shenzhen, China in 2019 as a Research Assistant Professor.
